The only other option is to hunt around for a used bezel on forums or EBay that is in better shape. But that will likely be more frustrating than it is worth in terms of savings.

Not only is it beat up, it been "refinished" and done improperly, so what you could do is buy a new, complete bezel, and then put the faded insert into the new bezel if you like the faded look.
